Ft. Myers, FL - Buccaneer Romeo's (March 2006)
  • The Buccaneer ROMEO's helped the Red Hatters with their Fashion show as stage ushers.  Pictures of all seven Red Hat Groups from Buccaneer, the queen mom's and the ROMEO's were taken before a very nice lunch was served and then the fashion show, narrated by the toast master who's skirt was covered with all different kinds of toast and bagels.  All the costumes were made by the person displaying them. They asked me the night before the show if I would model a tux and escort the oldest (95) Red Hatter in Buccaneer on to the stage and down the isle.

  • We had a mrvelous lunch at Beef O'Bradies on Hancock Bridge Pkwy.  Fourteen Romeo's attended and we had a guest and two new members (one even bought a hat!).
  • On March 9th, we will be meeting at O'Sullivans off Cleveland to send one of our members to work for two months up north.
  • On March 21 four of the Romeo's will be stage ushers for the Red Hat Buccaneer Fashion Show and Dinner.  Look forwrad to pictures on that one...
